James Galyean
CEO
James is the Chief Executive Officer of Icelaven Development Group. James is an attorney by trade, and prior to founding Icelaven Development Group, he was a partner at South Carolina-based law firm Nexsen Pruet and served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Office of the United States Attorney for the District of South Carolina. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of South Carolina and the Supreme Court of the United States.
James earned his bachelor's degree from Furman University and his law degree from the University of South Carolina. He and his wife Jenna live in South Carolina with their five children.

Craig Wooten
CFO
Craig Wooten is Icelaven's Chief Financial Officer. Craig started his career working in tax and compliance services at Grant Thornton as a Sarbanes-Oxley auditor. He's also held accounting and finance positions with the RTM Restaurant Group and Sloan Construction. From there he worked on U.S. Senate offiial staff and led government relations for a U.S. Department of Defense and a U.S. Department of State contractor internationally.
Craig is an invited member of the White House Business Forward Initiative and a former member of the National Security Council at the White House for national preparedness. He holds dual degrees from Clemson University in Business Management and Accounting with an emphasis on International Studies. He earned his Masters Degree in International Politics and Military Affairs at The Citadel. Craig and his wife live in the upstate and have four children.

Fred Madera
Financial Controller
Fred Madera has over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, with a deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP compliance, financial analysis, and system optimization.
While working as an accounting manager at Monsieur Touton Selections LTD and YOOX Net-A-Porter Group, Fred took charge of financial processes and led system migrations, resulting in increased efficiency and financial accuracy. He continued to apply his expertise as Corporate Controller at Nopetro Energy Holding and William R. Nash, where he led significant improvements in financial reporting and operational efficiencies, improving financial accuracy across multiple entities, and the implementation of rigorous financial controls. He holds an M.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in South Carolina.

Nancie Mandeville
Executive Office Manager
Nancie is a seasoned administrative professional with expertise in municipality, county government, non-profit, and corporate settings. With years of experience in office administration, executive scheduling, digital and print marketing, and social media management, Nancie brings a wide range of capabilities to Icelaven Development Group.
A natural leader, Nancie has played integral roles in the foundation and operation of a 501(c)(3) non-profit raising awareness and financial support for a rare pediatric disease. She is an active volunteer and serves as a board member on her local Veterans Park 501(c)(3). Nancie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Bryant University. She resides in North Carolina with her husband and son.

Marlowe Schuck
Accounting Assistant
Marlowe serves as the Accounting Assistant, bringing a range of experience from HR and payroll, operations management, fundraising, and administrative support. She takes pride in helping create and maintain a strong foundation for the team so they are empowered to do great work and fulfill their mission. Marlowe enjoys traveling and being outside with her family.
